Strikeman Warranty & Guarantee
Strikeman products are covered by Strikeman’s 45-Day Satisfaction Guarantee.
If you are not satisfied with your Strikeman product, you may be eligible for a return or replacement in accordance with Strikeman’s warranty policy.
Warranty coverage, eligibility, and claim processing are handled directly by Strikeman.

BLACK ROBE TACTICS PRODUCTS (BR- items)
Black Robe Tactics Warranty
Black Robe Tactics products are covered by a Lifetime Replacement Warranty for damage occurring during normal use.
If an item is damaged during normal use or an incident occurs, a replacement may be issued at no charge once the warranty claim process is completed.
Warranty does not cover:
- Deliberate misuse
- Alteration of the product
- Cosmetic damage
To submit a warranty claim, customers must provide:
- A completed incident report
- A valid photo ID
- A photo of the damaged item
